The Last Supper, a magnificent work of art, measures an impressive 460 cm × 880 cm (180 in × 350 in) and is located on the end wall of the dining hall at the monastery of Santa Maria delle Grazie in Milan, Italy. Although the room was not originally a refectory, the theme of the painting was a traditional one for such spaces. The main church building had been recently completed in 1498, but Ludovico Sforza had plans to remodel it as a family mausoleum, and he commissioned Leonardo to create the centerpiece for this ambitious project.

The lunettes, or semi-circular spaces above the main painting, are adorned with Sforza coats-of-arms, reflecting the patron's involvement in the work. On the opposite wall of the refectory, a Crucifixion fresco by Giovanni Donato da Montorfano is displayed, with Leonardo adding figures of the Sforza family in tempera, which have unfortunately deteriorated over time, similar to the condition of The Last Supper itself.

The canvas prints of this masterpiece are produced in the USA, using real wood frames and professional-grade photo printers, along with high-quality pigment inks that are certified as eco-friendly and odorless. This combination ensures that the artwork can capture the intricate details of the original and maintain its vibrant colors for a longer duration.

The canvas prints come in a size of 36x18" with a 1 1/2 inch thickness, and they feature mirrored edges to ensure that no part of the image is lost. These canvas wraps are ready to hang, with a sawtooth hanger provided for added convenience.

For the giclee printing process, the canvas used is of archival quality, meaning it is acid-free and features a cotton base. This ensures that the museum-quality pieces produced are of the highest standard, preserving the integrity and beauty of the original artwork.
